Začíná nový školní rok a je to tu zas. Mazání svačin, podepisování domácích úkolů, radost z dobrých známek, nakupování pomůcek, nucení k učení. A taky úvahy a smutky. Že dříve byla výuka lepší, že si učitelé i žáci vážili instituce školy víc a dnes mezi sebou všichni bojují. Žáci s učiteli, učiteli s rodiči, rodiče s dětmi, učitelé s učiteli.
Téma je to náročné, ale kdo ví, jestli se opravdu všechno zhoršilo. Možná se jen problémy přesunuly z jednoho místa na druhé a díky dnešnímu množství komunikačních cest jsou víc vidět…
Jedno je však jisté. Stojí za to podporovat váženost učitelské profese. A proto vznikl projekt s názvem Mentoring začínajících učitelů, který otevírá dialog mezi staršími a mladšími učiteli, aby si vzájemně předávali vědomosti a zkušenosti. Protože ti mladí někdy cítí nízkou motivaci v profesi zůstat a ti starší se někdy cítí jako hozeni do starého železa.
Projekt, kdy se mentoringem učitelé navzájem inspirují, můžete podpořit koupí trička nebo tašky, které pro něj vyrobil online obchod ZOOT.cz v rámci svého charitativního projektu DOBRO. Kolekci s názvem Hodina hrdinů zároveň doprovází fashion editorial, ve kterém pózují obyčejní lidé, neboli učitelé ze základních škol. A to přímo ti, kteří se rozhodli zúčastnit mentoringu.

Zachycuje české učitele jako hrdiny, ke kterým dnešní děti a mládež vzhlíží. Můžete je tedy vidět jako Carrie Bradshaw (postava ze seriálu Sex ve městě), zpěvačku Adele, inspirativní ženu Oprah Winfrey, slavného Supermana nebo nesmrtelnou Marge Simpson.
Učitelé, kteří se módního editorialu zúčastnili, si vyzkoušeli profesionální práci vizážistky, stylistky a fotografa a otevřel se jim na chvíli neznámý svět. Na památku jim zůstaly nejen krásné fotky, ale také možnost vybrat si něco z obchodu.
Záměr editorialu nebyl namaskovat učitele a udělat z nich někoho jiného, ale přiblížit je osobnostem, které obdivuje celý svět. Protože ve skutečnosti jsou právě oni hrdiny. Každý den usilují o to, aby z desítek dětí vychovali dobré a vzdělané dospělé.
Projekt Mentoring začínajících učitelů iniciuje organizace pro společensky odpovědné firmy Business Leaders Forum. Textil, jehož koupí projekt můžete podpořit, produkuje ZOOT.cz, stejně jako foto kampaň. Oblečení ve foto editorialu pochází ze ZOOT.cz. Prostory zapůjčilo Gymnázium Jana Nerudy v Praze.
